Landscape Crew Member – Natorp’s Landscape Installation Team (2026 Season)

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

• Saturdays: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM (as needed)

• Peak season: Crews may work 10-hour days Monday–Thursday and 8 hours on Friday, depending on weather and business needs.

What You’ll Do

As a Landscape Crew Member, you’ll help install and maintain high-quality landscape projects. Daily tasks may include:

• Loading and unloading trucks

• Preparing landscape beds

• Weeding, edging, mulching, raking, and digging

• Planting trees, shrubs, and perennials

• Tilling, pruning, and general site cleanup

• Removing debris and materials from trucks at the end of the day

Physical Requirements

This is an active, outdoor role. You should be comfortable with:

• Walking, standing, crouching, kneeling

• Lifting and carrying materials ranging from small tools to 100+ lb. plants

• Pushing, pulling, and reaching above/below shoulder height

• Climbing in and out of trucks or using stairs

• Working in all weather conditions

What We’re Looking For

• At least 18 years old

• Available for daytime, full-time work

• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well with a team

• Experience in landscape installation (residential or commercial) is a plus, but not required for all positions
